Claire works with her husband, Samir, in the mini-market they opened in 2012, using a part of their house. They live with their two daughters, Mary (14 years old) and Jessica (8 years old), along with Samir's mother.
This shop became the family's only source of livelihood after Samir lost his mobile phone store during the war. However, this mini-market started to suffer from the hard economic situation, and its results appeared when the couple were no longer able to supply their shop with sufficient merchandise, which increased their financial burdens.
Claire knew about this initiative and applied to develop her family's project, hoping that it would flourish again and ensure them a decent living.
